The elephants are mammals animal. The elephant have front two teeth fall out. The strongest part of the elephant is the trunk. The elephant breaks down big trees on its trunk. Elephant eats those leaves. The elephant are three species currently recognized the African bush elephant, the African forest elephant and the Asian elephant. The African bush elephant speed is 40 km/h. The Asian elephant length is 5.5 – 6.5 m. The Gestation period of African bush elephant is 22 months and Asian elephant is 18 – 22 months. The African bush elephant height is 3.2 m and Asian elephant height is 2.8 m. There are two different types of elephants such as the African elephant and the Asian elephant. The elephant have big ears and wrinkly skin help them stay cool. The elephant also have tusks that can help them eat and protect themselves. The elephants can live 70 years in the wild.

The African bush elephants are male 304 – 336 cm and body mass 5.2 – 6.9 tons. The African bush elephants are female 247 – 273 cm and body mass 2.6 – 3.5 tones. The Asian elephants are male 261 – 289 cm and 3.5 – 4.6 tons. The Asian elephants are female 228 – 252 cm and 2.3 – 3.1 tons. The African forest elephants are male 209 – 231 cm and 1.7 – 2.3 tons.

The elephant is 326 – 351 bones. The African elephant have 21 pair of ribs and Asian elephant have 19 or 20 pairs. The elephant drinking water with trunk. The elephant trunk can heights 7 m. The elephants are eating trees. The elephant’s lifetime are chewing teeth replaced six times. The elephant milk teeth at 6 – 12 months of age and growth continuously in 17 cm a year. The elephant can run top speed of 25 km/h. The brain of elephant weight 4.5 – 5.5 kg. The heart of elephant weighs 12 – 21 kg. The elephant birth 12 calves in their lifetime.
